Tacoma Opera’s production of “Lucia di Lammermoor” is scheduled to open Oct. 26. In addition to a great story, music and sets, the production promises lavish costume design. “The costumes for our production of ‘Lucia di Lammermoor’ are going to be absolutely stunning,” said Tacoma Opera Artistic Director Noel Koran.
“They are being given to us by one of my favorite costumers on the planet, my dear colleague, friend and costumer extraordinaire, Elizabeth Wislar. I’ve known and worked with Elizabeth on a wide variety of productions for the last 16 years and she is one of the most creative and wonderful artists I’ve had the honor of working with.”
