Cooking demonstrations on La Cucina Galbani Cooking Stage during both days. The Sbandieratori del Palio di ASTI are back. The FLAG WAVERS are going to perform on Saturday & Sunday. This year our theme is Carnival – In partnership with the Arizona Opera, we will parade costumes reminiscent of the Venice Carnival. Models will be exhibiting costumes for everyone to see and – photo ops!
