A Knoxville father-son team spent a week in the Alps of Northern Italy recently. Not hiking, not seeing the sights, but securing the latest technology. Dr. Steven Brock, a dentist; his son, Nate Brock, a registered dental assistant, both with Dental Images at 1725 Downtown West Blvd.; and Nate’s wife, Grace Brock, a nurse at UT Medical Center, packed their bags.
Father and son studied in Brunico in the Dolomite mountain region at a company called Zirkonzahn, a world leader in dental zirconium and precision manufacturing technology. They came home with TecnoMed dental material in their suitcases to use in the high-tech mill they had been working with for the last few months.
