WHO: Wendy Galgan directs the Women's Poetry Initiative at St. Francis College in Brooklyn and edits Assisi: An Online Journal of Arts & Letters there. Her poems have appeared in California Quarterly and The AFCU Journal, On Earth As It Is, and Forge. Galgan's work will appear in two upcoming anthologies, Villanelles and Grabbing the Apple: An Anthology of New York Women Poets. She has won a number of awards and honorable mentions recently. She Chairs the English Department at St. Francis.
