Reminiscent of the Italian Festivals that took place on Wooster Street in New Haven, the North Haven Son's & Daughters of Italy Lodge 2805 will present their "Italian Festival of Angels" on the North Haven Town Green Friday, Aug. 23, 4 to 10 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 24, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Procession of Angels will take place Saturday, 4 p.m., and all children are invited to participate. The North Haven Congregational Church Choir will perform during the Procession.

This will be a moving tribute since the Festival Angel is the guardian angel of the Event. The Children's Fun Area will have many events for children to take part in on Saturday, and all activities are free! In addition many delicious Italian Foods will be available throughout the fair and there will be a great variety of entertainment with singers and dancers — all for the enjoyment of all festival attendees.
