Duluth's Heritage Preservation Commission is fighting for St. Peter's Church, located at 810 W 3rd St. in Duluth, to be officially declared a local historic preservation landmark.
The commission states the building, although currently vacant, meets four of seven of the criteria for designation. The commission points out that only one criteria must be met to be eligible.
