The Italian Cultural Institute presents two museums of contemporary art committed to following art outside conventional boundaries and bringing it to a broad range of diverse audiences, both local and international. Roberta Tenconi, Curator and Art Exhibition organizer at Pirelli HangarBicocca in Milan and Marcella Beccaria, Chief Curator and Curator of Collections at Castello di Rivoli Museo d’Arte Contemporanea in Turin, will participate in this event.
Pirelli HangarBicocca is a non-profit foundation, established in 2004, which has converted a former industrial plant in Milan into an institution for producing and promoting contemporary art. This dynamic center for experimentation and discovery covers 15,000 square meters, making it one of the largest contiguous exhibition spaces in Europe.
