Italian pop opera trio Il Volo sing at Borgata on Saturday

WHO ARE THEY: Consisting of members Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble, Il Volo is an Italian pop opera trio which was formed in 2009. The singers met on the Italian music show "Ti lascio una canzone" where Ginoble wound up taking home the grand prize. In November of 2010 Il Volo released their debut self-titled album.
It was an immediate hit, debuting at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 and selling over 23,000 copies in its first week on the charts. The group went on to perform on "American Idol" and released the single "O Sole Mio." "We are Love" was released in 2012 and "Buon Natale: The Christmas Album" in 2013.
