Northwest Arkansas Naturals infielder Alex Liddi has never played for the Tulsa Drillers, but he had a big game against several of his former teammates Sunday afternoon at ONEOK Field.
Liddi, the first Italian-born and developed player to reach the majors, went 4-for-6 with two homers and four RBIs to power the Naturals past the Drillers 10-5 before 5,322 fans. At the end of last season, Liddi was a member of Chattanooga, which reached the Southern League finals.
