American outfit New York Cosmos are ready to make a concrete offer for Udinese veteran Antonio Di Natale. The 37-year-old Italian international confirmed at the start of the month that he is set to leave Udinese at the end of the season, after 11 memorable seasons.

'Toto', as he is affectionately known, is regarded as a legend at the club and may hang up his boots altogether if he doesn't receive an attractive enough offer to keep playing.
