The Farrell Italian Home hosted the Mike Erme/IC Light Bocce Classic from Friday to Sunday. Tournament co-director Matt Killa relayed that the event included 30-plus teams from Pa., Ohio, Kentucky, and Rome, N.Y.
One bracket started Friday night at 6 p.m. and two on Saturday at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. "I need to praise Mike Erme, the Pittsburgh Brewing Company President and CEO Cliff Forrest, who have generously put $2,000 on top of the pot which allowed these teams to come in," said Killa.
