IL Volo, the popular Italian trio, recently performed their music at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City. The sold-out concert brought hundreds of screaming fans who gave numerous standing ovations to the group that puts their own twist on classic operatic songs.
Founded in 2009, the group consists of baritone Gianluca Ginoble along with tenors Piero Barone and Ignazio Boschetto. For many years, the singers from Sicily, Bologna and Abruzzo have appreciated the sounds of Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli and Placido Domingo.
