The Pacific Chamber Symphony (PCS), a resident company of the Bankhead Theater, has brought veteran professional musicians to Livermore for nine seasons. Conductor Lawrence Kohl and principal cellist Nina Flyer, along with many members of the symphony, have decades of experience with PCS.
On Sunday, April 19 at 2:00 pm at the Bankhead Theater, PCS will present "An Italian Feast," with a program of Mendelsohn's Symphony #4 in A major "The Italian," Rossini's L'italiana in Algeri (The Italian Girl in Algiers), Alessandro Scarlatti Concerto Grosso #1 and Carl Ditters von Dittersdorf's Symphony #1, Four Ages of Man ( Les Quatre Ages du monde).
