Selland Family Restaurants is opening an Italian restaurant in East Sacramento, and a former executive chef from Ella Dining Room and Bar is involved in the project.
The local, family-operated restaurant group said it will open OBO' Italian toward the end of this year at 3145 Folsom Blvd., the former site of Andiamo Restaurant & Bar.
