Although it’s common to say the third time’s a charm, Fabrizio and Ingrid Aielli already have two charming local restaurants before even opening their third in Naples next month.
The husband-and-wife team behind Sea Salt and Barbatella plans to launch Dorona, a modern Italian steakhouse, in the former Midtown Kitchen + Bar at the northeast corner of U.S. 41 and Golden Gate Parkway. Midtown closed in July after operating only 13 months in a space previously occupied by the TGI Friday’s chain for more than 20 years anchoring the southern end of The Gateway of Naples retail center.
