An Apericena, an informal standing dinner where we will explore together appetizers and dishes of Italian cuisine.
The “Week of Italian Cuisine in the World 2021” is a great opportunity to talk about tradition and perspectives of Italian Cuisine: awareness and enhancement of food sustainability, quality products, enhancing Italian know-how, spreading the unique values and benefits of the Mediterranean diet.
