A man shouts "fiagole" with the emphasis on the "e" trying to attract visitors to his tent.
There is no shortage of this exuberance or good food at his year's Mercer County Italian Festival.
"We're meeting new people and new faces and of course we're getting our regulars that come every year to the stand," said Gino D'Amelio, the animated owner of Mamma Rosa's in Hamilton. "It's a lot of work, but well worth it to see our friends and family."
D'Amelio is a self-proclaimed "old-timer" of the festival because it is the 12th year his restaurant has participated. The event has been running now for 14 years.
