Brunello Italian Kitchen has opened in the Deer Park Avenue building that used to be Ludlow Bistro. Chef-owner Domenick Maresca ran the kitchen for more than 25 years at Vinnie's Mulberry Street in East Islip; his partner here is Vincent Palmieri, who used to own Vinnie's.
