October 8 (Saturday) 12:00 pm. Annual Queens Columbus Day Parade. Marches down Steinway Street to 30th Avenue and ends on Astoria Blvd. at the newly renamed Street, Cav. Vincent Iannece Street. Cav. Iannece was the co-founder and driving force in reinstating this parade. This year's Grand Marshall is Thomas J. Principe, Esq. Brigadier General in the New York Army National Guard.
