The Vertical Forest is a building complex formed by two residential towers designed by Stefano Boeri, Gianandrea Barreca and Giovanni La Varra, located in the business Centre of Milan, in the Isola neighborhood. The two towers were inaugurated in 2004, and what characterizes them is the presence of more than two thousand species of trees, among which tall shrubs and trees are dispersed throughout the facade.
