The top three "five sail" destinations classified in the annual guide to the "most beautiful sea" in Italy are Castiglion della Pescaia in Tuscany, San Vito Lo Capo in Sicily, and Pollica in Campania, as released on Friday in the 'Blue Guide' published by environmental group Legambiente and tourism association Touring Club Italiano.
The guide finds tourist destinations that are "the most attentive to environmental sustainability, livability, and respect for the terrain," said Legambiente General Director Rossella Muroni.
