Testa Dura Media company has begun production for Lobster fra Diavolo, a comedy film which focuses on a modern Italian-American family's Christmas Eve celebration. Lobster fra Diavolo is based on the true story of a young vegan named Angie who reluctantly purchases a live lobster for Nonna's traditional Christmas Eve dinner.
When Nonna goes to cook the lobster for the Feast of the Seven Fishes, the lobster reveals that it has other plans. The film stars Broadway actress and television comedienne Kaye Ballard, who plays the role of Nonna. It was written by Jane Barbara who joins Italian actress and director Oriana Oppice in producing the film.
