From the US to Italy and back. A little more than two years ago the furniture holding Poltrona Frau Group (comprising the Poltrona Frau, Cassina and Cappellini brands) was acquired by the American giant Haworth, specialized in the design and production of workspaces.
Yesterday, at the opening of the Milan Furniture Fair, the Poltrona Frau group (Pfg) has signed the acquisition – through the holding company Haworth – of the majority stake of Janus et Cie, the American company that since almost 40 years produces high-end outdoor furniture.
