Giant news coming out of MGM Resorts International. The Monte Carlo goes through a $450 million renovation that brings NoMad, the swanky hotel and restaurant out of New York City, another luxury hotel dubbed Park MGM and Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich's Eataly.
NoMad, the contemporary American restaurant from chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara, anchors the NoMad hotel while Eataly — the Italian marketplace with cafes, to-go counters and full-service restaurants — heads to the Park MGM. Humm and Guidara also run the three Michelin starred Eleven Madison Park in New York City.
