Bombo Italian Kitchen from restaurateur and chef Ethan Stowell has opened at the Seattle Convention Center in Washington. Designed by Graham Baba Architects, the 4,200-square-foot restaurant features large bi-fold Douglas fir doors that open up to the center’s 9th Street plaza for an indoor-outdoor experience.
Entering the restaurant from the plaza, guests can peek down into the Bar at Bombo, located a half floor below. Further inside, a woodstone pizza oven stands against Mexican handcrafted terracotta tiles, rusticated white subway tiles, and blackened steel.
