The owners of Waco’s Moroso Italian Ristorante have announced the planned opening of Azzurro, “Waco’s first authentic café,” on Oct. 16. The café is located next to the Moroso Italian Ristorante at 4700 Bosque Blvd. in the Market Square shopping center and will be open from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Customers can choose to either dine inside the establishment, with an Italian-inspired interior showcasing hand-blown glass art, outside in outdoor seating or can place a take-home order with “grab-and-go” services available. The café will offer classic Italian coffee drinks as well as a variety of cold and blended drink options such as fresh juices.
