For the past three years, Aggie Westerhoff a.k.a. "The Italian Cookie Lady," has a created raving fans throughout Western North Carolina as the go-to for true Italian desserts. Individuals throughout Western North Carolina seek her out for their "just desserts" for family events and special occasions. Her biscotti, Italian wedding cookies and her famous "cassata cake" are known for their "tastes like my Nana made" quality and flavor.
Nothing succeeds like success and, as a result, Westerhoff is expanding to serve an even greater market: the independent business owner, as well as business and social groups. To serve local coffee shops, wine shops and restaurants, she has added seasonal flavors, along with a savory line, to her traditional biscotti.
