Solevo Kitchen & Social Club in Saratoga Springs, inspired by Italian supper clubs in 1950s Las Vegas, will open with a ribbon-cutting event at 3 p.m. Friday (9/21), followed by a free tasting of wines and samples from the menu until 7 p.m. It starts regular dinner service at 4 p.m. Sunday, with dinner available from 4 p.m. nightly thereafter. (Saturday night will be an invite-only soft opening.) Lunch will start in mid-October.
The menu, not yet available online, is described as being “focused on scratch cooking, using the abundance of local and organic ingredients available in upstate NY. All of the pasta will be made in-house, and everything from baking to butchery will be done on site. The market driven menu will change often to reflect the seasons.”
