Chef Cesare Casella, Dean of Italian Studies at the International Cuinary Center and leader of Itchefs-GVCI in the USA will once more be a part of the Biggest Lambrusco Tasting ever in New York City! It will take place at the International Cuinary Center on June 27 where we will present a program that will involve the tasting of several types of high quality Lambruscos paired with dishes created for the occasion by NYC based Italian Chefs.
