A new Italian restaurant will open on the Upper West Side in the coming months from a restaurateur who has already had some serious success in the neighborhood.
Sempre Oggi will open at 164-166 W. 75th St. (off Amsterdam) by the end of the summer. It will be an "aggressively seasonal, vegetable forward, modern Italian restaurant," according to its website.
