Missing the Hamptons' white-sand beaches while stuck in Manhattan? Just head over to Eataly's latest rooftop restaurant, a breezy Italian seaside-themed spot dubbed Sabbia, which translates to "sand" in Italian, opening on April 29.
While menus have yet to be finalized, Sabbia will offer lighter coastal fare—we're hoping for oysters and crudo—complemented by an array of refreshing fair-weather cocktails.
