A new restaurant in Greeley is setting its sights on offering authentic homemade Italian cuisine to the community. Capri Restaurant, located at 1825 9th St. in Greeley, is scheduled to open Wednesday with a large menu offering freshly made dishes inspired by cuisine from Italy.
The building where Capri sits was once a well-loved Italian restaurant back in the 60s and 70s, building owner Ali Emrami said. When the restaurant owner died, the building was split up into different areas to house a variety of businesses including a barbershop and Moonlight Bridal.
