Drop cookies, like the traditional Gemoline Italian cookie, are made from a soft dough that is dropped by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. During baking, the mounds of dough spread and flatten. Sharing her drop cookie recipe for Gemoline is Marie Bonaminio.
This past year has been one long line of kudos for Bonaminio, longtime owner of her own florist shop on West 21st Street in Lorain, and who also is also a cook, a baker and an artist.
