The Italian American Chamber of Commerce presents the new True Italian Taste Webinar “Scientific health benefits of the Mediterranean diet”, in collaboration with Assocamerestero and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The event will analyze from a scientific point of view the benefits of the Mediterranean diet and the IGP and DOP products that are part of it.
From the prebiotic and probiotic qualities studied in the laboratory to the flavors of authentic Italian products in the kitchen, the participating guests will provide valuable advice on how to approach and enjoy the various benefits of the Mediterranean diet in the United States.
