Perhaps for its central location within the Moscone Center, perhaps for its large size of 53 exhibitors - the largest - or just perhaps because Italian food is by now the most beloved variety at the global level, Italy's pavilion at the Winter Fancy Food Show is the most popular this Martin Luther weekend in San Francisco.
Visitors were clogging the aisles tasting new and old specialties coming from the Italian Cento Città, the diverse local territories that generate an endless array of products out of their own local traditions.
