On Saturday, February 7, 2015, UNICO will present Seton Hall nursing student Stefanie DeSimone with a $2,500 scholarship at Seton Hall's basketball game at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. The scholarship is made possible through the generosity of the Bernard and Carolyn Torraco Memorial Scholarship program.
DeSimone, currently in the second year of her Second Degree nursing program at Seton Hall University, was flying home from a trip to Italy last summer when a man collapsed in the plane's aisle.
