De Cecco, the world's third largest manufacturer of pasta, was inducted this summer into the Italian Trade Commission's Hall of Fame, recognizing De Cecco's enduring commitment and contribution to the Italian food industry in the United States. The recognition came as De Cecco celebrates 120 years of success in the American marketplace.
De Cecco is eager to prove to U.S. consumers that all pastas are not created equal. To that end, the Italian-based company has embarked on a marketing plan to be spearheaded by the new CEO of De Cecco USA, Marco de Ceglie, a seasoned food marketer with years of experience in both Europe and the United States.
