Very few innovators had the kind of bad luck that dogged Antonio Meucci (1808-1889), the longtime Rosebank resident who invented a telephone — but never received credit or royalties.
Still, sad times won't be the whole story of "Meucci's Messages," a new play premiering this month in a Sundog Theatre presentation at Casa Belvedere: The Italian Cultural Foundation.
