Monica Mandelli earned a BS and MS summa cum laude in Economics and Social Science from Milan’s Università Bocconi and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School. She started her career working first at Merrill Lynch in London, in their mergers & acquisitions group, and then at McKinsey & Company in New York.
