The Canastota Italian Ancestry Organization (CIAO) will be hosting an Italian American Festival on North Canal Street in the Village of Canastota on Saturday, August 10, 2024. The festival will kick off next to the historic Erie Canal at 11:00 am and will run until 6:00 pm.
The celebration of Italian American culture will feature live local entertainment, Italian and American cuisine, historical displays and demonstrations, produce sales, local artisan booths offering custom merchandise. This 1-day event features three local bands: D&B Entertainment will take the stage at 11:00 am followed by Old Clay Stone at 1:30 pm and Rewind at 4:00 pm.
