The streets of East Cambridge and East Somerville will come alive for the 89th annual Italian Feast of Saints Cosmas and Damian on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 12 and 13, on Warren Street in East Cambridge.
There will be a food festival, parades, amusement rides, meatball and cannoli eating contests, "Frozen" and "Monsters Inc." movie characters, carnival games, antique fire engines, street performers, Red Sox world series trophies, and live entertainment. There will also be a special healing service Sept. 12 at 6:30 p.m.
