Walking around the property at West St. Mary's Manor in Drayden, a group of Italian exchange students primarily from Milan had an opportunity to experience nature hands-on with help from American students and teachers.
Edoardo Valentinis, 13, said he enjoyed seeing the open spaces.
Valentinis is one of 54 Italian exchange students visiting the area through a program sponsored by the St. Mary's Youth Cultural Exchange.
