The Ambassador of Italy in the United States, Claudio Bisogniero, representing the Ministry of Education, University, and Research, signed an agreement on science and technology with the U.S. Department of Energy, represented by Under Secretary Lynn Orr.
"This agreement will allow Italy and the United States to exchange experts, scientific material, and research under the framework of large international collaborations in the fields of particle physics and nuclear physics," stated the Ambassador.
