East Hanover's Pannullo, Hanover Park Regional's Grossi to be honored

Mayor Joseph Pannullo has been named Man of the Year by the Italian-American Police Society of New Jersey. Joining him at the society’s annual benefit gala dinner dance on March 25 to accept the honor will be Hanover Park Regional High School Superintendent Carol Grossi who was named Italian-American Educator of the Year.

“It’s an incredible honor to be chosen,” Pannullo said. “I’m very humbled. You go about your daily activities but you’re not sure people even notice what you are doing. I only wish my dad were still here to see this. He never wanted me to be a politician. He never liked them.” Grossi also said she felt honored.
