The Houston Symphony orchestra spreads the classic sounds of Italy and Russia wherever it goes, and it plans to continue its 2014-15 season Tuesday with a performance at Sam Houston State University's Gaertner Performing Arts Center.
Concertmaster and Sugar Land native Frank Huang will lead the symphony in Antonio Vivaldi's most popular piece, "The Four Seasons." The nearly 300-year-old Italian composition consists of four concertos, each representing a different season and is considered a warhorse in the classical music repertoire.
