The Heartland Festival Orchestra presents “New Year’s Greeting — That’s Amore” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, at Five Points Washington.
It is the orchestra’s tradition to welcome the New Year with its signature “New Year’s Greeting,” one of its most festive and popular concerts of the season. This year, the concert includes a variety of musical styles, from legendary tunes of Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra (“That’s Amore” and “My Way”) to Italian arias and opera favorites (Funiculi Funiculà, O Sole Mio, Un Bel Di).
