I’m ecstatic to share this news! Many passengers, especially immigrants who traveled on the Doria settled in New York and along the East Coast. The airing on CUNY TV (City University of New York's university system) will reach New York City and parts of New Jersey and Connecticut.
Many thanks to Dr. Anthony Tamburri, Dean & Distinguished Professor of the John D. Calandra Italian American Institute of Queen Colle/CUNY for contacting CUNY TV and recommending our docufilm.
Very grateful to programmer Oksana Israilova for scheduling us on both anniversary days:
Saturday, July 25 @ 11:00 PM (The collision occurred at 11:10 pm)
Sunday, July 26 @ 2:30 PM (the day of the greatest sea rescue)
“Both slots our most viewed since your documentary will proceed Viewers favorite City Cinematheque hour and Sunday Films slots.” --programmer Oksana Oksana Israilova
