There can no longer be any doubt regarding its unique charm, as rosé mania has been in full flow for some time now. Despite this, quality rosé wine is often not well known, and people tend to think that all rosés are similar, simple wines, and they are sometimes almost scornfully described as being "for women."

What is certain is that, in the summer, rosé wines are able to combine the virtues of white wine's freshness with a component of aromatic intensity typical of reds, without being burdened with the structural elements and tannin that are not well suited for the summer heat.
