Cheesemaking is an art form that takes the most basic of culinary knowledge and combines it with age-old techniques to create something unique and diverse with dairy of all types. And now, this is even being done without the use of dairy in regard to vegan cheeses - but the cheese that's predicted to take over this summer (again) is not one of that variety.
Burrata is still making splashes in the ocean that is America's love for all things creamy, decadent, and delicious, and with its Italian roots, it just makes sense that it has earned a permanent place on most summer cheese boards.
