ALL WEEK, APRIL 16-22 - No Plastic Straws. For something so small, plastic straws are a huge problem for the environment. Slender and forgettable, these pieces of plastic nearly never end up in recycling bins. Instead, they are one of the worst pollutants of land and sea. This week, we are replacing our plastic straws with paper straws. Eventually, this will be a permanent change — but you can start doing your part today!
